Product Support Specialist - Materials Handling - Hornsby


We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney.


About the Role:


This is a dynamic opportunity to provide maintenance support and technical assistance across the materials handling range, with a focus on the Clark Forklift product.


You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that products meet market requirements and troubleshoot warranty issues.


As a partly hands-on role, you will be required to carry out inspections of new models and equipment arriving into the country, as well as providing field support to customers, dealers, and branches alike.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise with our network of dealers and branches through proactive training and collaboration.


About You:


To succeed in this role, you will require a proven background in aftermarket support, strong understanding of capital equipment, and notable experience in the forklift and materials handling industry.


You should possess engineering or trade certification/qualification, prior experience in supporting/maintaining/servicing similar equipment, and strong technical proficiency including sound maintenance and repairs experience.


A keen focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise/train while offering good customer service are essential qualities for this role.
