At Clark Equipment, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to provide maintenance support and technical assistance across our materials handling range, with a focus on the Clark Forklift product. As a Product Support Specialist, you will work closely with customers, dealers, and branches to ensure seamless product support and maximize operation time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide field support to customers, dealers, and branches to resolve technical issues and maintain product reliability
  • Conduct inspections of new equipment arriving in the country and work with the sales team to ensure product suitability for market
  • Develop and deliver proactive training to our network of dealers and branches to enhance their knowledge and skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong understanding of capital equipment and experience in the forklift and materials handling industry
  • Engineering or trade certification/qualification and prior experience in supporting/maintaining/servicing similar equipment
  • Strong technical proficiency, including sound maintenance and repairs experience
  • Customer/internal relationship building skills and the ability to advise, train, offer good customer service, and jump on the tools when needed
