Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Consultant. As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work with customers across various communication channels, including in-store, phone, and messaging.
This role requires a high level of multitasking, adaptability, and creativity. You will need to be able to experiment with new ideas and ways of working to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
