As a leading provider of materials handling solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing operation time and product reliability by providing maintenance support and technical assistance across the materials handling range with a focus on the Clark Forklift product.

Based in Sydney, the Product Support Specialist will undertake inspections of new models and equipment arriving into the country. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure product suitability for market and troubleshoot warranty issues. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to offer their expertise out to our network of dealers and branches through proactive training in a collaborative, team environment.

What we're looking for: A proven aftermarket specialist after a new challenge. A strong understanding of capital equipment is required, with notable experience in the forklift and materials handling industry. The ideal candidate should have engineering or trade certification/qualification, prior experience in supporting/maintaining/servicing similar equipment, and strong technical proficiency including sound maintenance and repairs experience.
