Salary Package

We are offering a competitive salary ranging from $29.06 to $32.56 per hour, depending on experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.

About the Role

As a Caregiving Specialist with Australian Unity, you will provide support and care to our aged care customers in their homes, helping them live independently and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation">
• Provide transportation and personal care assistance, including showering, toileting, and feeding">
• Build relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations and providing ongoing support and training">
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the well-being of clients and staff">

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle">
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday">
• Willingness to travel across all suburbs served by the branch">
• Full COVID-19 vaccination with a minimum of two doses">
• Proficiency in an additional language (valued but not mandatory)">
• Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support, community services, mental health, or nursing">
