About the Job:

  • This permanent position comes with guaranteed hours and shifts, ensuring stability and work-life balance.
  • Award rate $$35.00 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance, providing a competitive compensation package.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be provided, including Accelerated Learning Programs and Paid CPR/First Aid courses.
  • The ideal candidate will possess 6 months or more experience in a similar support or care worker role, including Personal Care Skills, and have a valid P1 class Australian Drivers License.

About You:

  • We are seeking an empathetic and dedicated individual who is passionate about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer.
  • You will be comfortable working independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and knowing when to seek guidance from your Manager.
  • Please note that you will need to undergo a National Police Check/Right to Work and functional fitness assessment prior to joining our team.
