About the Role
">This is an excellent opportunity for a supportive and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, promoting their independence, and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.
">- You will work under minimal supervision and provide assistance with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light cleaning.
- You will also support clients in participating in community activities, such as shopping, social events, and outings.
- Depending on the client's needs, you may be required to perform tasks outlined by an approved medical professional, including administering medication and implementing health and behaviour plans.
- As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will build rapport with clients and establish positive relationships, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- Providing assistance with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light cleaning.
- Supporting clients in participating in community activities, such as shopping, social events, and outings.
- Implementing tasks and routines outlined by an approved medical professional.
- Maintaining and monitoring health and behaviour changes on an ongoing basis.
- Building rapport and collaborating effectively to establish positive relationships with clients.
What We Offer

">- A competitive salary of $33.41 per hour (or higher depending on qualifications), plus superannuation.
- A travel allowance of $0.99c per kilometre.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per FBT year (pro rata).

About You
">We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who shares our vision and values. To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or Community).
- A current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification.
- An Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
- The physical capacity to undertake the requirements of the role, including manual handling tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Rights to work in Australia.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a minimum of 2 doses.
