Job Description

This is a permanent part-time position, offering guaranteed hours and shifts close to home. You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care to our customers, including domestic assistance, personal care, and social support. This role requires flexibility and independence, with opportunities for accelerated career progression and professional development.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an attractive hourly rate of $30.61 per hour, plus superannuation, paid kilometres, and a phone allowance. We also offer free uniform, shoe allowance, and comprehensive training programs to ensure your ongoing growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle (travel is a part of the role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required
