Dedicated Care Workers Wanted in Shoalhaven

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to join our team in Shoalhaven. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Job Description- Domestic Assistance: Cleaning homes of older people, ensuring they have a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Social Support: Providing companionship, support, and access to lifestyle activities, promoting our clients' overall wellbeing.
You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, delivering tailored care that makes a real difference in their lives.
Key Requirements- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle (travel is part of the role).
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday (no night or weekend work).
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
- A competitive salary range of $28.94 - $30.61 per hour, plus Super and Paid KM's.
