About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Engagement Specialist to join our team at PARTALE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving membership growth and retention efforts, while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our QLD Branch and two Specialist Networks to deliver engaging activities and events that drive our strategic objectives.
  • Attract new members and ensure their retention by providing an unforgettable member experience.
  • Embrace Agile ways of working as you manage multiple projects and initiatives, seamlessly balancing existing member processes and services.
  • Become a true Customer Experience champion by leveraging our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, HubSpot. You will drive member engagement and deliver a top-notch experience at every stage of their journey.
  • Foster a culture of connection by collaborating closely with colleagues and members across the country.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer or member relationship role, with a great knack for event planning and delivery.
  • Previous experience in building strong partnerships across multiple committees and strong committee administration experience.
  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously and influence others to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to enable you to craft compelling content for various internal and external platforms.
  • Time, budget, and sales management are your strengths, and you are proficient in major business packages like Zoom, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, Marketing) or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
