About the Role- Develop strategies to grow value and achieve strategic goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new markets, customers, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, customers, and partners.
- Manage customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and negotiating contracts.
- Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in payments.
- Experience creating organisational-level strategies to align actions with high-level objectives.
- Ability to manage bids and proposals for contracts, grants, or services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to tailor messaging per audience.
