
Growth and Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute professional to lead business growth initiatives across the construction, multi-residential, and commercial sectors.
This role is focused on expanding market share, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and identifying new opportunities in high-rise, industrial, and commercial developments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Foster customer and project loyalty by developing strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional service.
- Grow the NSW multi-residential and commercial construction segments by collaborating with key apartment builders and ensuring contractor capacity.
- Identify and develop opportunities in high-rise, industrial, and commercial sectors through market research and analysis.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with developers, commercial clients, and apartment builders, ensuring smooth handover and conversion of specified projects into sales.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather and share market insights, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Pursue and grow opportunities for our systems within the segment, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
- Develop and execute growth plans with key accounts to increase share of wallet across our product portfolio, driving long-term value and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, including pricing, market strategies, and support agreements, enabling proactive competitive advantage.
- Proven experience in business development or account management within the construction or building materials industry.
- A deep understanding of the NSW construction landscape, particularly in civil, multi-residential, and commercial sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on market opportunities, driving growth and expansion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
