Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team at Northcott. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the customer engagement team to ensure seamless handover of customer needs and expectations
  • Identify opportunities for customers to meet their goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and holistic service reviews to ensure customer needs are met
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Manage customer funds and ensure value for money from customer plans
  • Reconcile non-funded customer activity and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer management, or equivalent health or disability services experience
  • Knowledge of the Person-Centred Practice Framework and National Disability Services Standards
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with tools such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
