Customer Liaison Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team at Northcott. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with the customer engagement team to ensure seamless handover of customer needs and expectations
- Identify opportunities for customers to meet their goals and objectives
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and holistic service reviews to ensure customer needs are met
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Manage customer funds and ensure value for money from customer plans
- Reconcile non-funded customer activity and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer management, or equivalent health or disability services experience
- Knowledge of the Person-Centred Practice Framework and National Disability Services Standards
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with tools such as Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
