The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Ownership Liaison Officer to join our team at The Vantage venue at Ascot and Belmont Park Racecourse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Reception: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for owners and trainers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with owners and trainers, addressing their needs and providing necessary information to enhance their experience.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, making every guest feel like an integral part of the racing community.
  • Operational Support: Assist at the check-in counter and collaborate with a small team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the racing industry
  • Ability to liaise effectively with event personnel
  • Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
