Job Title:

Strategic Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment management for high-volume roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Logistical coordination of interviews, candidate communication, and database management.
  • Proactive sourcing and engagement of top talent using various strategies.
  • Partnership with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide tailored recruitment support.
  • Support for workforce capability planning, including data-driven skills gap analysis for future hiring requirements.
  • Contribution to the improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Maintenance of accurate, timely interview details within the ATS system.

Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment is required, preferably in the IT sector.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable workforce insights are essential.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable.

Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for recruitment are required.

Keen willingness to be part of the broader HR team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Workforce planning and recruitment experience in the IT sector or similar industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
