Job Title

We are seeking a strategic workforce planning expert to drive growth and expansion across the APAC region.

About the Role

This role is responsible for defining and executing the People Plan for the APAC region during a period of significant growth, potentially doubling the employee base and expanding across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning across a complex matrix organization spanning diverse functions (business development, marketing, engineering, construction, environmental planning, and asset management) in at least five countries.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in strategic workforce planning and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
