Business Development Manager

This is a well-established real estate business with a strong presence in the Newcastle region. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our top-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. They will be responsible for managing new business enquiries, working closely with sales agents and property managers to optimize databases and rent rolls, and maintaining and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new business enquiries through business and internal referrals
- Work closely with sales agents and property managers to optimize databases and rent rolls
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Market appraisals - sometimes with sales agents
- Cultivate and hunt down fresh new business leads
- Leasing of new properties
Requirements:
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience in a real estate business development role is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Have great attention to detail and take pride in what you do
- Excellent time management skills
- Be a strong team player
