  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts of achievement to budgets and goals.
  • Proactively maximize revenue opportunities through identifying clients' marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Continually and proactively develop knowledge and expertise of the Southern Cross Austereo products and industries, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, researching tools and techniques, and the competitive environment.
  • Develop and maintain a system for organizing priorities and activities to ensure effective implementation of plans to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience with consistent and proven results (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to take initiative and generate new business opportunities.
  • A forward-thinking sales mindset driven by tenacity and adaptability.
  • A desire to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in the media market and a passion for all things sales.
