Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex construction projects. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and project management skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of project coordinators and engineers, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and engineers to deliver complex construction projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Manage risk and ensure that all necessary mitigations are in place
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners
