Project Manager

Job Description:

A key member of our team, the Project Manager will oversee the planning and coordination of landmark multistorey residential new build projects on the Gold Coast.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations through regular site walk-throughs.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve project challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in Engineering or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale industrial projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
