Senior Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-profile leadership position that requires a senior professional to lead a large-scale commercial construction project on the Gold Coast.

About the Project

You will be responsible for leading a major project, overseeing multiple teams and Senior Project Managers to ensure successful delivery. This role will also involve transitioning into Brisbane to manage projects across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of a large-scale construction project in Queensland.
  • Oversee and mentor Senior Project Managers and project delivery teams.
  • Foster collaboration between project managers, design managers, and site staff.
  • Built strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within budget, meeting quality standards.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvements.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (desired).
  • Substantial experience in large-scale commercial construction as a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager.
  • A proven track record of leading multiple Senior Project Managers across concurrent major projects.
  • Background in $100m+ projects in sectors like healthcare, social housing, or sporting facilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and codes.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and issue resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial relations in non-EBA environments.
