Job Description

About This Role:

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Queensland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale commercial construction and be able to lead multiple senior project managers across concurrent major projects.

You will begin by taking the reins on a flagship project valued at $200m on the Gold Coast before transitioning into Brisbane to oversee multiple teams and senior project managers delivering a significant pipeline of projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment between project managers, design managers, and site staff. You will also need to build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of high-profile projects.
  • Oversee and mentor senior project managers and project delivery teams.
  • Ensure project managers, design managers, and site staff are aligned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Extensive experience in large-scale commercial construction as a senior project manager or construction manager.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple senior project managers across concurrent major projects.
