Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Drive program management, project planning, and reporting to optimize outcomes
  • Support site delivery teams in maintaining compliance, safety, and quality standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve construction and design issues promptly
  • Manage commercial aspects, cost tracking, and contract administration effectively
Essential Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer role
  • Proven track record on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
