A career-defining opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to take on a leadership role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating large-scale construction projects, exercising strong judgement, discretion, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project coordination: oversee the delivery of complex construction projects from start to finish
  • Leadership and communication: manage teams, engage stakeholders, and drive project outcomes
  • Skills and qualifications: demonstrate expertise in project tools, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Asta Power Project, with a focus on accurate reporting and documentation
  • Tertiary qualifications: ideally in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation for project planning, coordination, and delivery
Requirements
  • Progressive experience: 5-10 years in the construction industry, with a proven track record supporting or managing the delivery of large-scale, complex projects
  • Major residential projects: significant exposure to high-density builds, with a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, cost control, and quality assurance
  • Senior role: currently operating in a Senior Project Coordinator/Engineer role and seeking to take the next step into Project Management
