We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex construction projects.

  • Oversee the delivery of high-profile projects across multiple sites.
  • Manage and mentor senior project managers to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Benchmark project performance against industry standards and best practices.

About the Role

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of projects valued at $30m-$200m.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication and innovation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading successful construction projects as a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and codes.
  • Able to drive stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and leadership of large delivery teams.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (desired).
