Business Development Leader

This is a high-impact role that requires the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to senior executives, identifying opportunities for business development and growth.
  • Strategic Conversations: Engage with decision-makers to discuss business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Consultative Selling: Present partnership solutions that are compliant, scalable, and commercially compelling, addressing key challenges and pain points for clients.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with clients to co-create commercial models that deliver measurable results and drive business growth.
  • Market Insights: Provide structured feedback from the market to refine strategy, messaging, and targeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a proven track record in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles, with strong enterprise-level selling capability, strategic thinking, and resilience to navigate complex decision-making structures.
