Ideal Background 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development leadership.
Proven ability to create and scale high-impact partnerships that drive revenue and brand growth.
Strong expertise in ecosystem building, partner strategy, and go-to-market alignment.
Experience negotiating, structuring, and managing strategic alliances, reseller programs, and channel partnerships.
Skilled at leveraging networks to unlock new distribution, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities.
Deep understanding of revenue operations and how partnerships integrate with sales and marketing.
Comfortable working fractionally and remotely with executive teams.
Based in Melbourne or Sydney (optional, but a plus).
What You'll Do Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate brand growth.
Build scalable partner programs (channels, resellers, affiliates, co-marketing).
Negotiate win-win deals, from commercial terms to long-term growth plans.
Act as the bridge between partnerships, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment.
Advise on partnership KPIs, attribution, and revenue contribution.
Provide hands-on leadership while empowering in-house BD and marketing teams.
Leverage your external network to open doors and create new opportunities fast.
