
Business Partnership Accelerator

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with large and complex accounting firms. Your primary goal will be to help these businesses increase revenue through Xero plan upgrades and connected payment services.
Key aspects of your role include:
- Collaborating with Territory Managers to develop territory plans that drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies.
- Working closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Developing and executing client and partner events designed to accelerate revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to existing partners, building strong rapport and relationships that drive long-term success.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting practices and systems, including Xero.
- A passion for emerging online accounting markets and a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Proven experience managing long-term client relationships and driving results-driven sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
