About This Role

This Sales Enablement Manager position is responsible for building strong relationships with our Sales and Success teams in APJ. You will reinforce sales methodology, execute learning programs, and support deal strategy while coordinating with EMEA and the US on best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a sales methodology SME, enabling the sales team to understand Command of the Message and Value Selling methodology.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales skills mentoring and coaching programs for all revenue responsible roles.
  • Continue weekly training programs to ensure all gaps are covered and support the team in achieving their TRE targets.
  • Conduct live training sessions and product bootcamps to reinforce pitch and positioning with sales and success.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and identify SMEs to leverage in different areas.
  • Support sales and success teams with customizing sales assets – decks, one-pagers, emails – to increase new business and expand sales and growth opportunities.
  • Research, implement, and guide the adoption of productivity tools and learning platforms.
  • Constantly monitor, assess, and improve training content & tools.
  • Work as a coordinator with the competitive team to ensure relevant local material is used in presentations, emails, pitches, and general knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in learning, sales enablement, or relevant client-facing experience (SaaS/B2B/Digital experiences are a plus).
  • BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or Arts Performance with educational (teaching) experience (a plus).
  • Established as a strong influencer across organizations.
  • Fantastic standing amongst cross-functional teams throughout past working initiatives.
