Your Role at Impact.com:


This role partners with Sales and Success teams, building strong relationships, reinforcing sales methodology, and executing learning programs.


What You'll Do:



  • Act as a sales methodology SME, enabling the sales team to understand Command of the Message and Value Selling methodology.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales skills mentoring and coaching programs for revenue responsible roles.
  • Conduct weekly training sessions and product bootcamps to reinforce pitch and positioning with sales and success.

  • Research, implement, and guide the adoption of productivity tools and learning platforms.
  • Monitor, assess, and improve training content & tools.
  • Coordinate with the competitive team to ensure relevant local material is used in presentations, emails, pitches...

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • 2+ years in learning, sales enablement, or relevant client-facing experience (Saas/B2B/Digital experiences are a plus).
  • BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or arts performance with educational (teaching) experience (a plus).
  • Strong influencer across organizations and fantastic standing amongst cross-functional teams throughout past working initiatives.
