Key Responsibilities:

This role oversees the Sales and broader go-to-market teams' processes, technology, and capabilities to ensure seamless operation. Key functions include sales operations, field operations & bid management, enablement, reporting/analytics, and systems administration.

Our Revenue Operations Strategist delivers critical support to the CRO in executing the GTM strategy, with key areas of focus including:

Sales Operations:

Ownership of the quote-to-cash (QTC) cycle, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing of orders through booking, fulfillment, and collection of cash. Management of cross-functional relationships with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance for effective QTC process execution and shared ownership of associated Return on Effort (ROE).

Field Operations & Bid Management:

Deliver timely, accurate, and expert sales support in each sales territory (APAC, US, EMEA). Enable efficient response turnaround to requests for proposal and customer portal management. Coordinate NDA and customer terms reviews with rapid response times.

Enablement:

Design, coordinate, and implement programmatic training for the Sales organization connected to core sales-craft, product capability, and relevant sales strategy aspects to increase seller productivity. Develop coaching and feedback frameworks to enhance individual team member performance.

Reporting, Analytics, and Systems Administration:

Equip the GTM team with necessary systems and tools for success. Take ownership of vendor relationship management, implementation, training, and maintenance of key software tools like Salesforce, HighSpot, Gong, and others. Define and implement processes and ROE for robust opportunity management and high CRM hygiene levels. Develop analytics and dashboards for quality reporting and insights to the GTM leadership team.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA beneficial but not required.
  • 10+ years of experience leading layered teams in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations.
  • Functional knowledge spanning quote-to-cash, field operations, territory management, sales compensation, and sales technology.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Dominant expertise in Aerospace, Defence, Surveying, Autonomous vehicles/robotics, and Maritime/subsea markets highly beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to delivering great customer experiences.
