About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in Vermont. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for enhancing office efficiency, providing outstanding client support, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

About the Job

As our Office Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients, responding to enquiries, feedback, or issues in a timely manner.
  • Create, plan, and schedule new jobs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective coordination with internal teams.
  • Continuously monitor ongoing jobs, follow up on quotes, and update clients and teams as necessary.
  • Confirm job completion, document results, and ensure all work meets quality standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day office tasks, supporting logistics, team communication, and vendor follow-ups.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with trade scheduling software, ideally SIMPRO or similar platforms.
  • A high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in booking, data entry, and client communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, with clear verbal and written abilities to manage both internal and external customer service.
  • The ability to be a self-starter, learning new skills and adapting to changing demands.
