We are seeking a highly organised Part-Time Executive Support Specialist to support the CEO of a well-established organisation from January 20th to mid-March 2025. This role involves managing documentation, preparing board packs, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information with discretion.

This position requires proficiency in MS Office, strong organisational skills, and experience in administrative support. Working 4 days a week, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (hours negotiable), you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing office documentation, vetting internal and external documents, and handling mail distribution.
  • Assisting with board pack preparation and company-related correspondence.
  • Tracking staff whereabouts, including remote workdays, and managing parking allocations.
  • Organising occasional small team lunches.
  • Maintaining absolute discretion, ensuring sensitive information is never disclosed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in highly confidential roles with strict discretion.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
