
Sales Growth Specialist, Enterprise Acquisitions

Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Growth Specialist to focus on new customer acquisitions for our organization. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne and will report directly to the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling complex software solutions to enterprise customers
- Presenting to senior stakeholders and building relationships with industry project management experts
- Qualifying inbound leads and running targeted sales outreach campaigns
- Developing and maintaining structured target account plans and driving value-driven sales motions
- Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and building relationships with industry professionals
- Background in building licensing and contractual proposals for multi-year agreements
- Value-based sales process and ability to ask for help when required
- Passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts
