The Opportunity

This role supports the Facilities Manager and Premises Team to ensure a safe workplace at Dexus head office. The successful candidate will liaise with service providers, vendors, and building contacts to maintain day-to-day Back of House services.

  • Security Management: Manage security systems, access cards, and CCTV, collaborating with building management on access provisioning.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee job requests, induct contractors, coordinate repairs, and conduct site inspections.
  • Mail & Print Services: Handle mail, courier processes, print requests, and business cards.
  • Stock Control: Manage consumables, liaison with vendors, and audit stock levels.
  • Workplace Health & Safety (WHS): Conduct site inspections, respond to incidents, manage first aiders, and fire wardens.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Support sustainability and waste reduction campaigns.

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Facilities roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Security Access Systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing situations.
