Facilities Coordinator

As a key member of our Workplace team, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing fleet vehicles, scheduling regular servicing and repairs, handling insurance claims, and providing support to colleagues when needed.
With a strong focus on customer service, you'll work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, from maintaining a tidy and safe working environment to coordinating maintenance and repairs. You'll also be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting weekly new starter inductions, and leading regular team meetings to manage effective operational communications.
You'll work collaboratively with the Workplace team to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of facilities management are handled efficiently and effectively.
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team player who is able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently. If you have experience working in hospitality, office support, or maintenance, and possess strong people management skills, we'd love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They'll be able to negotiate through difficult situations, demonstrate a commitment to quality service, and work with attention to detail.
About $65,000 - $80,000 per year
