Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading commercial property owner who creates spaces where people thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders, responding and resolving customer requests and enquiries, coordinating service and facilities professionals, and supporting the Facilities Management Team.

  • Provide superior customer service to clients
  • Build positive relationships and engage customers
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on demonstrating customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Call and query handling and call resolution skills
  • Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and call centre technology
