As a Client Service Officer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting our Paraplanners, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Outreach
    • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients to schedule meetings and reviews.
    • Contact new leads and arrange appointments to discuss our services.
  • Implementation
    • Prepare and organize fact find meeting document packs for clients.
    • Create, send, and follow up on Fact Find documents with clients.
    • Alert the adviser of any significant changes for client follow-up.
    • Submit insurance, investment, and superannuation applications, monitor progress, and inform clients.
  • Support to Paraplanners
    • Assist Paraplanners with their tasks and responsibilities as needed.
