Position Overview

As a Senior Staff Wellbeing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health and safety framework within our organization. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on creating supportive and secure environments for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative strategies aimed at promoting and improving staff wellbeing.
  • Foster and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and case management support to staff and leadership in identifying and assisting vulnerable employees.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess and address future training needs to enhance staff wellbeing capabilities.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in high-pressure and rapidly evolving situations.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the capability to work independently.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of staff.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as education, business, management, or social sciences.
  • Possession of a Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in developing and executing programs and strategies to enhance staff wellbeing.
