Job Title: Wellbeing Specialist - Psychosocial Risk and Wellbeing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing Specialist to join our dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing team at Nine. As a Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the psychosocial risk strategy, designing and implementing psychosocial risk controls for a complex operating environment, and implementing wellbeing initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the formation and roll out of the psychosocial risk framework and strategic wellbeing objectives
  • Design and implement wellbeing and mental health programs
  • Respond to and assist with problem-solving employee wellbeing queries
  • Drive a health and wellbeing culture from a behavioural and compliance perspective
  • Design and implement frameworks, tools, processes and other mechanisms related to psychosocial risk, health and wellbeing
  • Lead health and wellbeing monitoring, including managing functional and psychosocial risk
  • Support the broader Health, Safety and Wellbeing team as necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring psychosocial risks
  • Ability to problem solve across unique issues
  • Experience in driving a health and wellbeing culture from a behavioural and compliance perspective in a large, complex organisation
  • Experience in the interpretation and implementation of the psychosocial risk elements of the WHS Legislation
  • Ability to effectively provide advice to leaders
