Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Commercial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a critical role in building and strengthening our commercial capability across our EverydayX business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Framing and structuring complex business problems, gathering and analyzing data, and developing insights and recommendations to support our Commercial team's mandate
  • Supporting the development of high-quality, integrated strategic plans and initiatives that deliver meaningful value for our customers across all of our Rewards promotions pillars
  • Injecting strategic and innovative thinking into solving the issues that our business faces
  • Delivering value creation in strong collaboration with Buying teams, Pricing pillar leaders, and across all levels of leadership
  • Establishing and working within dynamic parameters to support our business and its objectives within tight timeframes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a strategy consultancy, corporate strategy team, or investment banking team
  • Strong commercial acumen and data analytics skills, with a focus on retail and loyalty
  • Able to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders through effective work planning and structured communication
  • Consumer market experience and retail pricing strategy and commercial transformation experience advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills coupled with strong presentation and storytelling skills
