About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People and Culture Advisor, providing generalist operational support to our Hanes Brands Retail network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance development, talent management, on-boarding, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management, and wellbeing.
  • Drive and support culture and engagement initiatives, including conducting and reporting on on-boarding processes and exit interviews.
  • Maintain strong business partnerships with stakeholders and develop focused training programs to support team growth and development.

Requirements

  • 2 years generalist HR experience
  • Impressive relationship building skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people development.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, as well as advanced PC skills including Excel & Word.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and great communication skills, with high level MS Office skills.
