Job Title: Strategic People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Operations Specialist to join our team at HanesBrands Australasia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist operational People and Culture support to the Hanes Brands Retail network in consultation with the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing coaching and guidance on performance development, talent management, onboarding, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management, and wellbeing
  2. Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives
  3. Conducting and reporting on onboarding processes and exit interviews
  4. Developing and facilitating focused training programs to support team growth and development
  5. Maintaining strong business partnerships with stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of generalist HR experience, impressive relationship-building skills, a passion for coaching and mentoring, and high attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
