**Join Our Team as a Trade Business Development Representative:**

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Account Management team in a fast-paced call centre environment. As a Trade Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 500+ tradie customers and helping them maximise their return on investment (ROI) through our platform.

This is a high-volume phone-based role, where you will hit daily targets by making at least 60 dials or 2.5 hours of talk time daily through inbound/outbound calls. You will also be responsible for renewing subscription contracts before they expire, identifying opportunities to upgrade subscription packages to suit their business needs, retaining customers by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing tailored solutions, and negotiating payment plans that benefit both the customer and the business.
