Technical Specialist Opportunity

Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. As a key member of our Technical Services team, you will be hands-on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements to ensure their success. You will work on servicing, maintenance, and consultation for both new and existing clients, utilizing your expertise in our technology to provide expert solutions in sometimes time-critical circumstances.

Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering, or related fields are highly regarded.
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking, or Microwave technology (Analogue, P25 & DMR experience is highly favorable).
  • Experience in a Technician/Service-based role, with a track record of high-level customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, fault-finding, and decision-making abilities around client needs to provide expert solutions.
