Responsibilities
- Develop, finalize, and distribute detailed production plans to relevant stakeholders.
- Create and manage production schedules to maximize workflow efficiency and resource utilization.
- Provide customers with clear and timely daily and weekly progress updates.
- Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor parts availability and coordinate procurement to prevent operational delays.
- Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance, repairs, and scheduled servicing activities.
- Evaluate production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to improve productivity.
- Prepare variation bills of materials and cost estimates as required for scope changes.
You're a qualified mechanical tradesperson with hands-on experience in scheduling and workflow management, backed by a deep understanding of maintenance operations and inventory control.
Your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project enable you to turn data into actionable tasks and keep projects on track.
