Job Title: Master Production Coordinator

This is a pivotal role within our workshop environment where you will be responsible for orchestrating efficient and high-quality production workflows.

We are seeking an individual who thrives in structured team settings, works with precision and collaboration, and has strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop, finalize, and distribute detailed production plans to relevant stakeholders.
  2. Create and manage production schedules to maximize workflow efficiency and resource utilization.
  3. Provide customers with clear and timely daily and weekly progress updates.
  4. Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  5. Monitor parts availability and coordinate procurement to prevent operational delays.
  6. Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance, repairs, and scheduled servicing activities.
  7. Evaluate production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to improve productivity.
  9. Prepare variation bills of materials and cost estimates as required for scope changes.
About You

You're a qualified mechanical tradesperson with hands-on experience in scheduling and workflow management, backed by a deep understanding of maintenance operations and inventory control.

Your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project enable you to turn data into actionable tasks and keep projects on track.
