We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced control systems engineer to join our dynamic team in Mackay. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across a range of complex and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness
  • Provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)

What We Need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within heavy industry or similar environments
  • Strong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks
  • A current Australian driver's licence
