Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide holistic customer and technical support for our valued customers in the construction equipment industry.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, sourcing new business opportunities, and promoting parts and service sales solutions.

A key part of this role is building strong relationships with customers, understanding their pain points, and providing expert advice on the use of our products.

To be successful in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a technical understanding of earthmoving and construction equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment.

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role.

  • Self-motivation and ability to build long term relationships.

  • Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to travel as required within your region.

  • Trade Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline is required.
