Job Description">

The role of a Customer Service Officer at our recreation centre is to deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals both in person and over the telephone. You will be required to exercise sound cash handling principles and use POS systems, perform bookings for Centre Programs and services such as Swim School, Crèche, Birthday Parties, Health and Fitness assessments and special events, maintain cleanliness of reception, retail and foyer areas, and perform administrative tasks related to maintaining the operation of reception.

Required Skills & Qualifications

You are enthusiastic, know how to engage with customers and build great rapport. You are driven by leaving customers with an awesome customer experience, assisting them with their enquiries, have worked in a similar role and have weekend availability. The required qualifications to be considered for this position include:

  • A current National Police Clearance
  • A DCSI Working with Children check
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Child Safe Environments Training
  • Covid vaccination
