We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our Brisbane office on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
As a key member of our P&C function, you will play a critical role in advancing the firm through focus-driven transformation strategies to attract, retain, and enable market-leading talent.
As a P&C Business Partner, you will lead and support across a range of P&C projects with a focus on the employment relations framework, advisory, and compliance.
You will work closely with the APAC business partnering team, the Office of General Counsel, Employee Relations Senior Manager (London-based), and other key stakeholders across the firm.
About You- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation framework and demonstrated experience in leading on the interpretation and application of relevant Awards, legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Experience and skills in an HR business partner/advisory capacity, ideally within the legal/professional services industries.
- Demonstrated experience in leading HR projects and WH&S matters.
- Consultative-based communication skills and proven ability to influence and shape positive people and business outcomes.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships across the firm, with confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
